30-day full refund on opened or unopened items from delivery — no return required, $0 fees. Refunds to the original card within 5 business days. Subscription renewals are refundable on the same terms.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original card within 5 business days.
Your bank may take up to 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Unrecognized charge?
If you see a charge from Wellness Mora that you don't recognize, contact us BEFORE disputing — we can almost always resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Subscription products:
If you purchased a Subscribe & Save subscription, you can cancel any future renewal any time — see our Cancellation Policy. Past charges are still subject to the 30-day refund window above.
Shipping & Handling fees, if any, are refunded along with the product price.
