Cancellation Policy

If you have an active Subscribe & Save subscription, you can cancel at any time, with no fee, with no cancellation phone call required, and without any explanation.

Two ways to cancel:

1. Submit the online form at Cancel Your Subscription — enter your order email and order number.
2. Send us a message with the subject "Cancel" and your order number through our Contact page.

Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals; confirmation emailed within 24 hours — $0 fee.

As long as we receive your cancellation request before the next 30-day renewal charge, you will not be charged again. We email a renewal reminder 7 days before every subscription charge.
